Alinity is listed in the complaint made against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed an unrelated civil suit seeking $250,000 in damages against Twitch. It claimed that Twitch was exposing them to "excessively explicit sexually explicit content" from female streamers while they were browsing the platform. According to court records from Dexerto Estavillo who before sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard made the complaint on the 15th of June, and Twitch was given an official summons on the next day. In the complaint that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force him to rely entirely on the internet for all of his entertainment, as well as being afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OC addiction that is what the complaint states Twitch only makes worse. The complaint states that "the female streamers remain exposed to Twitch users who just want to watch people play video games, but instead are confronted with sexually addicting material and content on a regular as well as on a regular basis." Alinity is not included. The complaint demands the streamers listed above to be banned permanently from Twitch for violating the terms of service.
